经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管在重症患者护理中的应用效果

Application of Peripherally Inserted Central Venous Catheters in Nursing of Critical Patients

目的探讨经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(Peripherally Inserted Central Venous Catheters,PICC)在重症患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月本院重症医学科收治的患者68例进行回顾性分析,根据置管方式分为对照组(常规置管)和观察组(PICC),每组34例。比较两组患者的一次置管成功率、患者舒适度评分和并发症发生率。结果观察组一次置管成功率为94.12%,舒适度为(26.98±1.23),显著高于对照组67.65%和(20.31±1.17)(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为8.82%,显著低于对照组29.41%(P<0.05)。结论对重症患者采取PICC的方式具有更高的置管成功率,并发症发生率更低,且患者的舒适度得到很大提升。

Objective To explore the application effect of peripherally inserted central venous catheters(PICC)in the clinical nursing of severe patients.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,68 patients in the Department of critical medicine of our hospital were selected for retrospective analysis.According to the way of catheterization,34 cases in each group were divided into control group(conventional catheterization)and observation group(PICC).The success rate of first catheterization,bruggrmann comfort scale and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of one-time catheterization in the observation group was 94.12%,and the comfort degree was(26.98±1.23),which was significantly higher than 67.65%and(20.31±1.17)in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.82%,which was significantly lower than 29.41%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PICC for severe patients has a higher success rate of catheterization,a lower incidence of complications,and the comfort of patients has been greatly improved.
