摘要
2017年5月至2018年12月,中国计量科学研究院作为主导实验室,组织了五大国际计量区域组织共9家代表实验室参加的低g值冲击加速度国际关键比对,作为冲击加速度国际计量领域的首个关键比对,参比的测量装置为基于半正弦加速度波形激励的低g值冲击激光绝对法国家基准,加速度范围为500~5000m/s^2,冲击脉宽为0.5~3ms。比对结果表明7家参比实验室全部测量结果与比对参考值的偏差小于相应的等效不确定度,取得了满意的结果,另外2家参比实验室部分测量结果为不满意。
From May 2017 to December 2018,the National Institute of Metrology China,as the pilot laboratory,organized the first CIPM key comparison of low-g shock acceleration.Participated by 9 laboratories from 5 regional metrology organizations,the measuring devices are primary standards for low-g shock laser absolute method based on laser interferometry with monopole shock pulse exciters.The peak value of shock acceleration for comparison is from 500 m/s^2 to 5000 m/s^2 with pulse duration from 0.5 ms to 3 ms.The comparison results show that the deviations of 7 participants’measurement results from Key Comparison Reference Values are within the associated uncertainties,which achieves satisfactory accuracy,while the other 2 participants have got unsatisfactory results from certain comparison accelerations.
