甲状腺结节的超声诊断价值探讨

目的对超声诊断在甲状腺结节诊断中的应用价值进行了详细分析。方法资料选取2018年4月至2019年9月收治的患有甲状腺结节的患者61例,将其作为研究对象。对患者的甲状腺部位使用多普勒超声检查仪进行检查,然后针对患者双侧甲状腺厚度、前后径值等指标来进行检测。结果经过本次诊断结果来看,61例患者中,准确检测例数58例,准确率(95.08%)。结论甲状腺结节的超声诊断效果明显,很值得临床诊断广泛应用。

Objective To analyze the diagnosis value of ultrasound in thyroid nodules in details.Methods 61 cases of thyroid nodules admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to September 2019 were chosen as research objects.The thyroid area of patients was examined with Doppler ultrasound,and the bilateral thyroid thickness,anterior and posterior diameter values and other indicators were tested.Results According to diagnosis results,58 of 61 cases were accurately detected,with an accuracy rate of 95.08%.Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis can achieve significant effect for thyroid nodules,which is worthy of extensive clinical applications.
