内镜在上消化道出血治疗中的临床应用效果

Clinical Application Effect Of Endoscopy in Treatment Of Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的探讨消化内镜在上消化道出血治疗中的临床应用效果。方法选取2019年3月至9月50例上消化道出血患者为研究对象,按治疗方式不同均分为观察组和对照组,每组各25例,观察组给予消化内镜治疗,对照组给予保守治疗,对比两组临床指标(止血时间、输血量、退热时间)、临床治疗有效率及并发症(周围循环障碍、消化道感染、消化道穿孔)情况。结果观察组临床指标数据明显优于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗有效率24例(96.00%)明显高于对照组22例(88.00%),观察组生活质量(生理职能评价、社会功能评价、心理职能评价、躯体痛感评价、生理功能评价)结果相比对照组,生活质量评分数据存在统计学优势(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率(周围循环障碍、消化道感染、消化道穿孔)相比对照组发现,观察组数据结果优势更加显著(P<0.05)。结论应用消化内镜治疗上消化道出血,能够降低患者的并发症发生率,缩短止血时间,治疗效果显著,值得在治疗上消化道出血中应用。

Objective To explore clinical application effect of digestive endoscopy in treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods We chose 50 upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients from March to September 2019 as research objects.According to different treatment methods,divided them into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with digestive endoscopy and control group with conservative treatment.Compared clinical indicators (time to stop bleeding,blood transfusion,antipyretic time),clinical treatment effectiveness and complications (peripheral circulatory disorders,digestive tract infection,digestive tract perforation) betwewn two groups.Results Clinical index data of observation group was significantly better than that of control group,with significant differences between groups (P<0.05);effective rate of clinical treatment in observation group was 24 cases (96.00%),significantly higher than control group 22 cases (88.00%).Life quality scores (physical function evaluation,social function evaluation,psychological function evaluation,somatic pain evaluation,physiological function evaluation) of observation groups showed more statistical advantages than those of control group (P<0.05).Incidence of complications (peripheral circulation obstacles,gastrointestinal infections,gastrointestinal perforation) in observation group was lower than that of control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Digestive endoscopy can reduce incidence of complications and shorten time of hemostasis in treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding,with significant treatment effect,which is worthy of application in treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
