伽马刀立体定向放疗联合短程全脑放疗治疗脑转移瘤的临床价值评价

Clinical Value Evaluation Of Gamma Knife Stereotactic Radiotherapy Combined With Short-term Whole Brain Radiotherapy in Treatment Of Brain Metastases

目的探究伽马刀立体定向放疗联合短程全脑放疗治疗转移瘤的临床价值。方法以2017年12月至2019年11月我院收治的50例需行脑转移治疗患者作为研究对象。以奇偶分组法将50例患者均分为观察组以及参照组(n=25)。参照组患者采用常规放疗的方式进行治疗,观察组采用联合放疗的方式进行治疗。通过比对两组患者放疗结束后症状和体征缓解情况、临床有效率等指标,评价伽马刀立体定向放疗联合短程全脑放疗在治疗转移瘤的临床应用价值。结果对比放疗结束后症状和体征缓解情况、临床有效率等临床有效率等各项指标发现,观察组均优于参照组,P<0.05,统计学存在差异。结论在脑转移瘤的临床治疗中,伽马刀立体定向放疗联合短程全脑放疗治疗能够提高临床效率,对患者病情有明显的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Abstrac:Objective To explore clinical value of gamma knife stereotactic radiotherapy combined with short-term whole brain radiotherapy in treatment of metastatic tumors. Methods We chose 50 cases of brain metastasis treatment patients in our hospital from December 2017 to November 2019 as research objects. According to odd-even grouping method, divided them into observation group and reference group(n=25). Reference group was treated with routine radiotherapy, and observation group with combined radiotherapy. Compared the remission of symptoms, clinical effectiveness and other indicators between two groups after radiotherapy, evaluate application effect of gamma knife stereotactic radiotherapy combined with short-term whole brain radiotherapy in treatment of metastatic tumors. Results Various indicators including the remission of symptoms after radiotherapy, clinical effectiveness rate and other indicators of observation group was better than those of reference group, P<0.05, there was statistical difference. Conclusion In clinical treatment of brain metastases, gamma knife stereotactic radiotherapy combined with short-term whole brain radiotherapy can improve clinical effect on patient’s condition, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
