肌内效贴对痉挛型脑瘫患儿肌张力的影响

目的对于痉挛型脑瘫患儿采取肌内效贴进行治疗对患儿肌张力所产生的影响情况进行探讨。方法选取我院2018年3月至2019年3月接诊的痉挛型脑瘫患儿80例开展分析,通过随机数字表法对所选痉挛型脑瘫患儿加以分组,给予其中40例痉挛型脑瘫患儿常规康复治疗,作为对照组,给予剩余40例痉挛型脑瘫患儿肌内效贴治疗,作为研究组,对比两组痉挛型脑瘫患儿接受各自治疗措施之后的肌张力情况。结果两组痉挛型脑瘫患儿接受不同治疗措施之后的足背屈角角度改善情况对比差异明显(P<0.05);研究组的训练大运动数值与对照组接近,对比差异小(P>0.05);研究组的训练D区数值与对照组对比差异大(P<0.05)。结论临床中对于痉挛型脑瘫患儿,为其提供肌内效贴治疗效果理想,能够良好纠正痉挛型脑瘫患儿高肌张力,应该给予大力的推广与应用。

Objective To investigate effect of intramuscular patch on muscle tension of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods We chose 80 cases of spastic cerebral palsy children in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 for analysis.With random number table method,divided them into two groups,40 cases in control group were treated with routine rehabilitation treatment,and 40 cases in research group with intramuscular patch therapy.Compared muscle tension between two groups of children with spastic cerebral palsy after receiving treatment measures.Results After different treatment measures for children with spastic cerebral palsy,dorsal flexion angle of feet was significantly different (P<0.05);training large exercise value of study group was close to that of control group,with little difference (P>0.05);value of training zone D of study group was significantly different from control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Intramuscular patch can achieve ideal curative effect for spastic cerebral palsy children,correct high muscle tone,which is worthy of great promotion and application.
