中药穴位贴敷联合激光理疗辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果分析

Effect Analysis Of TCM Acupoint Application Combined With Laser Physiotherapy In Treatment Of Children With Bronchopneumonia

目的分析中药穴位贴敷联合激光理疗的方法,探析将其应用于辅佐治疗小儿肺炎的效果。方法选取我科2018年7月至2018年12月收治的小儿支气管肺炎患儿150例,以随机的方式将患儿分为两组,分别为治疗组和对照组。对照组患儿按常规西医治疗方法,治疗组患儿在常规西医治疗的基础上加上中药穴位贴敷联合激光理疗进行辅助治疗,治疗时间为5天,然后比较两组患者治疗效果及病症好转时间。结果经治疗,治疗组患儿总有效率为97.3%,明显高于对照组的84.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿的退热时间、咳嗽好转时间、喘息消失时间、检查肺部无啰音时间都比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗结果显示,采用理疗加中药穴位贴敷对小儿肺炎进行治疗能够有效提高治疗效果,减轻患儿痛苦,简便易行,安全无明显不良反应,值得在临床中应用和推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of TCM acupoint application combined with laser physiotherapy in adjuvant treatment of children with pneumonia.Methods We chose 150 cases of bronchopneumonia children in our department from July 2018 to December 2018,divided them into two groups randomly,treatment group and control group.Control group was treated with routine western medicine,while treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with laser physiotherapy on the basis of routine western medicine treatment.Compared treatment effect and disease improvement time after 5 days of treatment between two groups.Results After treatment,total effective rate of treatment group was 97.3%,significantly higher than 84.0% of control group (P<0.05).Fever abatement time,cough improvement time,wheezing disappearance time and no lung rales time in treatment group were shorter than those of control group,difference showed significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment results show physical therapy plus TCM acupoint application can improve treatment effect effectively,reduce pain of children,which is simple,safe with no obvious adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
