在脑外伤治疗中实施早期颅骨修补的效果分析

目的探讨在脑外伤治疗中实施早期颅骨修补的效果分析。方法选择2013年11月至2018年12月需要进行脑外伤治疗的患者72例作为研究对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=36)和观察组(n=36)。对照组给予常规的去骨瓣减压术治疗,观察组患者在实行去骨瓣减压术治疗的基础上,在其治疗后6个月进行早期颅骨修补。比较两组患者经过治疗后的恢复情况以及治疗之后患者产生的并发症状况。结果经过治疗后观察组患者的整体恢复情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后产生的头皮组织坏死,伤口感染,脑脊液漏,皮下产生积液的并发症显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对进行脑外伤治疗的患者尽早实施早期颅骨修补术,能够帮助患者术后的身体恢复,减少因治疗脑外伤带来的不良并发症,值得推广应用。

Objective to explore effect of early skull repair in treatment of brain trauma.Methods We chose 72 cases of brain trauma patients from November 2013 to December 2018 as research objects.Divided them into control group (n=36) and observation group (n=36) with random number table method.Control group was treated with routine decompressive craniectomy,and observation group with.Compared recovery and complications between two groups.Results After treatment,overall recovery of observation group was significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05);complications of scalp tissue necrosis,wound infection,cerebrospinal fluid leakage and subcutaneous fluid accumulation in observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Early cranioplasty can help patients with brain trauma treatment to recover after surgery and reduce adverse complications caused by treatment,which is worthy of promotion and application.
