男性不育病人性染色体异常细胞遗传学调查分析

目的探讨男性不育病人与性染色体异常细胞遗传学关系和临床表现。方法选取我院2016年3月至2019年11月收治的75例男性不育患者,采用外周血淋巴细胞染色体培养技术制备染色体标本,常规G显带核型分析。结果 75例性染色体异常的核型中,性染色中数目异常的有27例,占总异常核型的36%;性染色体结构异常的13例,占总异常数的17.3%,结构和数目都异常的2例,占总异常数的2.7%;Y染色体异常的有33例,占总异常数的44%。结论男性不育的主要原因是性染色体异常,对患者性染色体进行检查有助于对男性不育患者的临床诊断和治疗。

Objective To investigate cytogenetic relationship and clinical manifestations of male infertility patients with abnormal sex chromosomes.Methods We chose 75 cases of male infertile patients admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to November 2019.Prepared chromosome specimens with peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome culture technology,and made a routine G-banding karyotype analysis.Results Among 75 cases of sex chromosome abnormalities,27 cases were abnormal in sex staining number,accounting for 36% of total abnormal karyotypes;13 cases were abnormal in sex chromosomes structure,accounting for 17.3%,2 cases were abnormal in both structure and number,accounting for 2.7%;33 cases were abnormal Y chromosome,accounting for 44%.Conclusion Main cause of male infertility is abnormal sex chromosomes.Examination of sex chromosomes of patients is helpful for clinical diagnosis and treatment of male infertility patients.
