摘要
目的探讨在乳腺外科的护理管理当中临床路径的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2018年1月收治的136例接受乳腺癌手术治疗的患者,将其分为对照组与实验组,每组68例患者。在对照组当中采取常规的护理管理手段,而在实验组当中则采取临床路径的护理与管理手段。结果与对照组相比,实验组患者的住院时间得到了明显的缩短、治疗费用也得到了降低,对护理与管理的满意度要明显高于对照组(P<0.03)。结论临床路径在对乳腺外科患者的护理与管理当中可以发挥比较明显的作用。
Objective To explore application effect of clinical pathways in nursing management of breast surgery.Methods We chose 136 cases of breast cancer surgery patients in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018,divided them into control group and experimental group,with 68 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing management methods,while experimental group with clinical path nursing and management methods.Results Length of stay of experimental group was significantly shorter than that ofcontrol group,treatment cost was lower,nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that ofcontrol group,(P<0.03).Conclusion Clinical pathway can have a more significant effect in nursing and management of breast surgery patients.
