妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖控制与护理体会

Blood Glucose Control And Nursing Experience for Pregnant Women With Gestational Diabetes

目的研究对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇运用护理干预后血糖及各项指标状况。方法参与此次研究妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖控制的患者共计126例,主要是选取的我院2018年12月至2019年4月收治的患者,将该126例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇按照数表法分为对照组(63例)与观察组(63例),对照组患者运用常规护理指导,而观察组患者在常规护理指导的基础上进行针对性护理干预,对比两组患者护理满意度、并发症发生率、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白指标等。结果运用针对性护理干预的观察组妊娠期糖尿病患者空腹血糖(5.22±0.22)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖为(7.02±0.57)mmol/L,相较于对照组妊娠期糖尿病患者空腹血糖(6.05±0.34)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖为(8.78±1.26)mmol/L低,研究数据存在差异,具有实际统计意义(P<0.05)。此外,观察组患者的糖化血红蛋白为(7.23±0.64)mmol/L,优于对照组患者的糖化血红蛋白为(8.42±1.14)mmol/L,数据存在差异(P<0.05)。结论给予妊娠期糖尿病孕妇实施针对性护理干预可以有效改善血糖状况,保持孕妇血糖稳定,降低并发症发生率,具有较高临床推广价值。

Objective To study blood glucose and various indicators of pregnant women with gestational diabetes after nursing intervention.Methods We chose 126 cases of pregnant women with gestational diabetes under blood glucose control admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to April 2019 for study,divided them into control group (63 cases) and observation group (63 cases) according to table method.Control group was treated with routine nursing guidance,while observation group with targeted nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing guidance.Compared indexes of satisfaction degree,complication rate,fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin between two groups.Results Fasting blood glucose of gestational diabetes patients in observation group with targeted nursing intervention was (5.22±0.22) mmol/L,and 2h postprandial blood glucose was (7.02±0.57) mmol/L,those of control group were (6.05±0.34)mmol/L,(8.78±1.26)mmol/L,research data difference showed actual statistical significance (P<0.05).In addition,glycosylated hemoglobin of observation group was (7.23±0.64) mmol/L,better than (8.42±1.14) mmol/L of control group,data was different (P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention can improve blood glucose status effectively,keep blood glucose stable,and reduce complications incidence of pregnant women with gestational diabetes,which has high clinical promotion value.
