康复护理管理对老年脑中风瘫痪患者运动能力的改善价值

目的分析康复护理管理对老年脑中风瘫痪患者运动能力的改善价值。方法从我院收治的老年中风偏瘫患者中选取76例进行研究,选取时间为2018年1月至2019年1月,并根据护理方案将所有患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各38例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组接受康复护理。比较两组的护理效果、运动功能评分和神经功能缺损评分、护理满意度情况。结果观察组护理有效率、运动功能和神经功能缺损评分、护理满意度,与对照组对比,均较高(P<0.05)。结论脑中风瘫痪患者接受康复护理,可以提高患者的运动功能,减少神经功能缺损。

Objective To analyze improvement value of rehabilitation nursing management on exercise performance of elderly patients with stroke and paralysis.Methods We chose 76 cases of elderly stroke hemiplegia patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 for study.According to nursing scheme,divided them into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing and observation group with rehabilitation nrusing.Compared nursing effect,motor function scores,neurological deficit scores and nursing satisfaction between two groups.Results Nursing effective rate,motor function and neurological deficit scores,and nursing satisfaction in observation group were higher than those of control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Ehabilitation care can improve motor function and reduce neurological deficits of patients with stroke and paralysis.
