护生母乳喂养知识水平的提升路径分析

摘要 目的分析为提升产科护生水平,进行母乳喂养知识指导路径的临床效果。方法基于回顾分析法进行本次实验,实验对象选择于2018年03月至2019年01月至本院接受产科母婴喂养相关临床指导的护生,共计60名。按照不同知识指导方式将其分成常规组与实验组,站在时间先后不同顺序角度,将先接受一般教学指导路径干预的护生归入常规组中,将额外接受母乳喂养知识教学指导路径干预的护生归入实验组中,将统计护生产科知识综合分数、指导后的母乳喂养知识水平情况、护生对教学指导路径满意程度。结果接受知识培养组护生的母乳喂养知识水平较高。实验组中护生的产科知识综合分数相比常规组更高,P<0.05。护生对于教学路径满意程度实验组明显高于常规组,数据比较有明显差异性,P<0.05。结论为提升产科护生对母乳喂养知识掌握,选择合适的教学指导路径可以提升其专项技能专业性效果明显,加强护生学习效果与满意性,增强母婴健康性,此知识水平提升路径更具医学价值。 Objective To analyze clinical effect of breastfeeding knowledge guidance pathway,to improve level of obstetric nursing students.Methods Experiment was conducted based on retrospective analysis method,we chose 60 nursing students receiving clinical guidance related to obstetric maternal and infant feeding in our hospital from 2018 to Jan 2019.According to different knowledge guidance methods,divided them into routine group and experimental group.From perspective of different time sequence,routine group was treated with intervention of general teaching guidance path,and experimental group with additional breastfeeding knowledge teaching guidance path intervention.Carried out statistics of comprehensive scores of nursing and production knowledge,level of breastfeeding knowledge after guidance,satisfaction degree of nursing students with teaching guidance path.Results Breastfeeding knowledge level of nursing students in knowledge training group was higher.Comprehensive scores of obstetric knowledge of experimental group was higher than that ofroutine group,P<0.05.Satisfaction degree of nursing students with teaching path of experimental group was significantly higher than routine group,data were significantly different,P<0.05.Conclusion To enhance breastfeeding knowledge of obstetric nursing students,suitable teaching and guidance path can improve their special skills and professional effect,strengthen learning effect and nursing satisfaction,and enhance health of mothers and babies,which has more medical value.
