微课教学对中职五官科护理教学的影响研究

Effect Research Of Micro-class Teaching On Nursing Teaching Of Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology Department in Secondary Vocational School

目的分析微课教学对中职五官科护理教学的影响。方法选择从2016年3月至2018年7月中职五官科护理学生120名作为研究对象,并依照学生实习等分为对照组和研究组,每组各60名学生。其中研究组学生使用微课教学形式接受护理教育,而对照组学生则采用传统教学形式,对比两者学生教学效果。结果使用微课教学形式,可以更好地实现互利教学和临床护理的对接,不断提升学生人际交往、操作等各方面能力,从而提升中职护理教学改革工作,强化医院和学校之间沟通,为社会培养更多人才,对比后发现观察组学生教学效果更好,护理能力更强,各方面素质更好,P<0.05。结论实施微课教学模式可以有效提升教学效果,结合实际情况为学生提供适合的培训方案,精心选择适合的培训内容,保证学生在实习竞赛中取得更好成绩,此种微课教学方式值得在护理专业五官科教学中推广。

Objective To analyze effect of micro-class teaching on nursing teaching of ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology department in secondary vocational school.Methods We chose 120 cases students with ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology department nursing in secondary vocational school from March 2016 to July 2018 as research objects,divided them into control group and research group according to internship of students,with 60 cases in each group.Among them,research group was treated with micro-class teaching method as nursing education,while control group with traditional teaching method.Compared teaching effect between two groups.Results Micro-class teaching methods can realize connection between mutually beneficial teaching and clinical nursing better,thereby continuously improve interpersonal communication,operation and other abilities of students,enhance reform of secondary vocational nursing teaching and strengthen communication between hospitals and schools,to cultivate more talents for the society.After comparison,it is found that observation group has better teaching effect,stronger nursing ability,and better quality in all aspects,(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro-class teaching mode can improve teaching effect effectively,provide students with suitable training programs based on actual situation.Careful choice of suitable training content can ensure students to achieve better results in internship competition.Micro-class teaching method is worthy of promotion in teaching of ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology department of nursing specialty.
