内科护理教学中项目教学法的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过对项目教学法的研究探讨,分析其在内科护理学教学中的应用价值。方法选取100名我校2018年入学的护理专业1-2班学生作为研究对象,1班50名学生作为对照组,施行传统教学方式,2班50名学生作为观察组,采用项目导向教学方式。以一学期作为研究期限,对比两组理论考试成绩、实验操作能力、思维思辨反应能力、教学方式的满意度评价。结果两组研究对象理论考试成绩对比,无明显差异(P>0.05);实施项目教学法的观察组学生实验操作得分和思维思辨反应能力优于施行传统教学方式的对照组学生,并且观察组学生对于教学方式的满意度评分高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于内科护理学的教学,采用项目教学法具有比传统教学方式更有效地锻炼学生思维思辨反应能力,并且有助于提高实验操作能力,具有应用价值。 Objective To explore and analyze application value of item teaching method in teaching of internal medicine nursing.Methods We chose 100 nursing students in classes 1-2 in our school in 2018 as research objects,50 students in class 1 were included in control group,with traditional teaching methods,and 50 students in class 2 as observation group,with item-oriented teaching methods.With research period of one semester,compared theoretical examination scores,experimental operation ability,thinking ability,and satisfaction evaluation of teaching methods between two groups.Results Theoretical test scores showed no significant difference between two groups of research objects (P>0.05);students in observation group with item teaching method had better experimental operation scores,thinking and speculative reaction ability than control group with traditional teaching method,and satisfaction scores for teaching methods of observation group were higher than that of control group,difference was statistically significant between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Item teaching method can achieve better effect than traditional teaching method during teaching of internal medicine nursing,can train thinking and speculative reaction ability of students,improve experimental operation ability with application value.
