老年护理专业实践教学影响教学质量,目前我国的老龄化现象正在趋严重,而趋于严重的老年化现象,也对我国的可持续性发展产生了极其负面的影响。在我国的社会中,养老服务的供需之间存在的相应的矛盾,而老年的护理需求的增加也使得老年护理专业出现了人才短缺的情况,高校能够为老年护理专业进行相应的人才背书,但是却仍然存在着不完善的教学体系。在实际的专业教学过程中,如何能够满足老年护理的社会需求,并且如何对护理专业护理人才的能力进行更加全面的培养,是我国护理类高校目前所面临的主要问题。本人对整体高效的护理课程实践教学方案进行了详细的分析,并结合校企合作等优质的教学模式,为老年护理专业的教学实践方案设计进行了详细的规划,希望能够对相应的高校提供良好的教学建议。

Practical teaching of elderly nursing specialty affects teaching quality.At present,aging phenomenon in our country has been serious,which has caused extremely negative impact on sustainable development of our country.In our society,there are corresponding contradictions between supply and demand of elderly nursing services,and demand increase for elderly nursing has caused shortage of talents in elderly nursing specialty.Colleges and universities can provide corresponding talent endorsements for elderly nursing specialty,but there is still imperfect teaching system.In actual professional teaching process,how to meet social needs of elderly nursing and cultivate ability of nursing professional talents more comprehensively,is main problem for nursing colleges and universities in our country.The author carries out detailed analysis of overall and efficient nursing curriculum practice teaching scheme,combines with school-enterprise cooperation and other quality teaching models,to make detailed scheme for teaching practice scheme design of elderly nursing specialty,and provide teaching advice for corresponding colleges and universities.
