盆腔炎性疾病反复发作的中医证候分布规律研究

目的探究盆腔炎性疾病的中医证候特点及分布规律。方法选取42例2017年2月至2019年10月在我院治疗的反复发作PID患者与40例非反复发作PID患者,回顾性分析患者相关临床资料,总结患者的中医证候分布特点。结果反复发作组中患者主要症状为下腹隐痛、腰骶酸痛、疲劳乏力等,中医病理要素主要为湿热、血瘀,中医证型表现以复合证候为主,以湿热瘀结证最多见,兼气虚、肝郁、肾虚,与非反复组相比较,差异明显(P<0.05);两组患者发病因素均与宫腔操作史、性卫生、下生殖道感染等因素有关,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 PID反复发作的中医证候分布特点主要表现为虚实夹杂的复合证候,湿、热、瘀、虚为其主要病理因素。

Objective To explore characteristics and distribution rules of TCM syndromes of pelvic inflammatory diseases.Methods We chose 42 cases of recurrent PID patients and 40 cases of non-recurrent PID patients in our hospital from February 2017 to October 2019.Reviewed and analyzed related clinical data of patients,summarize distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes of patients.Results Main symptoms of recurrent group included dull abdominal pain,lumbosacral soreness,fatigue,etc,TCM pathological elements were damp-heat and blood stasis mainly.TCM symptoms were mainly compound syndromes,with most common symptom of damp-heat stasis,and Qi deficiency,liver depression,kidney deficiency.There were significant difference from non-repeated group,(P<0.05).Pathogenic factors of two groups were related to uterine cavity operation history,sexual hygiene,lower reproductive tract infection and other factors,difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes of PID recurrent episodes are mainly manifested as compound syndromes of deficiency and excess,with main pathological factors of dampness,heat,blood stasis and deficiency.
