米索前列醇联合催产素预防妊高症剖宫产术后出血的临床分析

Clinical Analysis Of Misoprostol Combined With Oxytocin to Prevent Bleeding After Cesarean Section Of Pregnancy Induced Hypertension

目的研究米索前列腺素联合催产素预防妊高症剖宫产术后出血的临床效果。方法选取2018年11月至2019年11月我院行剖宫产术的96例妊高症患者,以奇偶数分组法分为观察组(48例)和对照组(48例)。对照组在术后给予应用催产素,观察组在术后给予应用米索前列醇+催产素,比较两组产后不同时间的出血量、用药后不良反应发生率、产后恢复情况以及产后出血发生率。结果两组术中出血量相比,P>0.05,观察组术后不同时间的出血量均少于对照组,P<0.05;两组用药不良反应、产后恢复指标相比,均无统计学差异,P>0.05;观察组没有发生产后出血,对照组有4例,发生率为8.33%,两组比较,P<0.05。结论米索前列醇+催产素可有效预防产后出血,且安全性好,不影响产妇恢复,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To study clinical effect of misoprost combined with oxytocin in preventing bleeding after cesarean section of pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods Choose 96 cases pregnancy-induced hypertension patients with cesarean section in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019,divide them into observation group (48 cases) and control group (48 cases) by odd and even number grouping method.Control group was treated with oxytocin after operation,and observation group with misoprostol + oxytocin after operation.Compare blood loss at different times after delivery,incidence of adverse reactions after medication,recovery of postpartum and incidence of postpartum hemorrhage between two groups.Results Intraoperative blood loss compasions showed P>0.05 between two groups,blood loss at different times after operation in observation group was less than control group,P<0.05;adverse drug reactions and postpartum recovery indicators showed no statistical comparison between two groups,difference showed P>0.05;there was no postpartum hemorrhage in observation group,and there were 4 cases in control group,with incidence of 8.33%.Comparison between two groups showed P<0.05.Conclusion Misoprostol + oxytocin can prevent postpartum hemorrhage effectively with good safety,no effect on recovery of parturients,which is worthy of clinical reference.
