Foreign College Student’s Career Planning Education:Experience and Enlightenment

考察美国、英国、日本三个国家的大学生职业生涯规划教育发展进程,系统梳理理论与实践经验,发现国外大学生职业生涯规划教育开展早,社会联结网基本形成,配备有一支高素质且数量庞大的专业队伍,尊重个性的教育观念,专业技能教育相辅相成。国外大学生职业生涯规划教育对我国大学生职业生涯规划教育启示如下:强化顶层设计,全面布局;丰富教育方式,多元教学;转变就业观念,自由择业;加强互联网、移动端运用。

By examining the development process of college students’ career planning and education in the United States,Britain and Japan,this paper summarizes the theory and practical experience of college students’ career planning education in those countries,the early development of career planning education for foreign college students,the basic formation of social network,the establishment of numerous high-quality professional team,the respect for the individuality of educational concept and their inseparable interconnection with professional skills education.The enlightenment of foreign education on college students’ career planning education in China is as follows:strengthening top-level design and overall layout;enriching education methods and diversifying teaching;changing employment concept and free choice of occupation;strengthening the application of Internet and mobile terminal.
