On September 29,CIIS Vice President Rong Ying led a Chinese delegation to the 15th session of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO)Forum,which was held via videoconference.Vice Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Akram Madumarov and SCO Secretary-General Vladimir Norov attended the meeting and delivered speeches.The online forum was organized by the National Institute for Strategic Studies of the Kyrgyz Republic.Experts and scholars from SCO member states,observer states and dialogue partners joined and spoke at the meeting.
