Investigation on Psychological Vulnerability and Epidemic Prevention of Middle-Aged Family Members During a Public Health Emergency

目的了解疫情防控期间中年家庭成员心理脆弱性及卫生防疫现状,分析影响中年家庭成员心理脆弱性的因素。方法于2020年4—5月采用方便抽样法通过在线发放问卷的方式回顾性调查106位中年家庭成员的心理脆弱性。结果106位中年家庭成员的心理脆弱性得分为(77.48±10.60)分,影响中年家庭成员心理脆弱性的因素主要是与孩子的关系[中年男性(父亲)和女性(母亲)]、有无住院经历(P<0.05)。多元线性回归结果显示,年龄、与孩子的关系、有无住院经历可以解释中年家庭成员的心理脆弱性变异程度的12.3%,与孩子的关系(父亲和母亲)影响中年家庭成员的心理脆弱性(P<0.05)。大多数家庭成员认为卫生防疫知识重要,也会在日常生活、工作中继续学习防疫知识。结论河南地区中年家庭成员心理脆弱性得分中等偏上,男女存在差异,有住院经历的人员心理脆弱性更高。经过此次疫情,中年家庭成员普遍在卫生防疫知识和措施上比较重视,对继续开展卫生防护措施具有较高倾向。

Objective To understand the psychological vulnerability and the current situation of epidemic prevention of middle-aged family members during epidemic prevention and control,and to analyze the factors affecting the psychological vulnerability of middle-aged family members.Methods A total of 106 middle-aged family members were investigated by convenient sampling and online questionnaire from April to May in 2020.Results The score of psychological vulnerability of 106 middle-aged family members was 77.48±10.60.The main factors affecting the psychological vulnerability of middle-aged family members were the relationship with children[middle-aged male(father)and female(mother)]and hospitalization experience(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression showed that age,relationship with children and hospitalization experience could explain 12.3%of the variance of psychological vulnerability,and the relationship with children(father and mother)affected the psychological vulnerability of middle-aged family members(P<0.05).Most family members thought that the knowledge of epidemic prevention was important,and they will continue to learn that in their daily life and work.Conclusion The psychological vulnerability of middle-aged family members in Henan Province is medium to high.There are differences between men and women,and the psychological vulnerability of those who have hospitalization experience is higher.After this epidemic,middle-aged family members pay more attention to the knowledge and measures of health and epidemic prevention and have a higher tendency to continue to carry out health protection measures.
