摘要
基于身心同一论,人心识别正处于从传统的信息整合阶段向现代的信息综合阶段的跨越。此时面临两项重要工作:首先,解析特定文化结构,建构符合特定人群的共享认知框架;其次,综合通过新技术获得的有关人脑与身体状态的充分信息,利用大数据与人工智能技术,实现对人心的精准识别。在技术即将实现突破的转折期,应该从政策层面规范该项技术的未来发展。
Based on the theory of body-mind identity,mind recognition is experiencing a leap from the traditional information integration stage to the modern information integration stage.At this point,it is being charged with two important tasks:first,it need analyze the specific cultural structure and construct a shared cognitive framework suitable for specific groups of people;secondly,it need integrate the sufficient information about human brain and body state obtained through new technology,and use big data and artificial intelligence technology to realize the accurate mind recognition.At the turning point of technological breakthrough,we should regulate the future development of this technology at the policy level.
