摘要 针对襄阳鱼梁洲东汊干坞止水超深防渗墙止水材料的性能要求,研究了不同原材料掺量对其流动度、密度、抗压强度及抗渗性能的影响规律。结果表明,采用专用减水剂,制备出了高流动性塑性混凝土止水材料,其密度大于1.8 g/cm3,流动度超过30 s,7 d抗压强度1~2 MPa、28 d抗压强度3~5 MPa,抗渗系数不低于1×10^-6 cm/s。各项性能指标均能满足项目要求。 According to the performance requirements of the sealing material for the ultra-deep diaphragm wall on the east branch in Yuliangzhou of Xiangyang, the influences of different raw materials content on the flowability, density, compressive strength and impermeability performance were studied. The results indicate that the special water reducing agent has prepared the high flow plastic concrete sealing materials, its density is more than 1.8 g/cm3, and the fluidity is more than 30 s. The 7 d and 28 d compressive strength of plastic concrete is 1~2 MPa and 3~5 MPa, respectively. The impermeability coefficient is not less than 1 × 10^-6 cm/s. Each performance index can meet the requirements of the project.
