Risk evaluation of project bidding in Africa based on AHP-Fuzzy method

鉴于非洲工程市场的特殊性,需在投标决策时对风险因素进行全面系统的评价。运用层次分析法,并结合模糊综合评价法,建立风险评价模型辅助投标决策。最后结合非洲某海事工程投标实例进行分析,结果表明该方法具有适用性及有效性。

In view of the particularity of the engineering market in Africa,a comprehensive and systematic evaluation of risk factors is required for bidding decision-making.Using analytic hierarchy process method combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,a risk evaluation model was established to assist bidding decision-making.Finally,an example of bidding for a maritime engineering project in Africa was analyzed,and the results show that the method is applicable and effective.
