摘要
田径课是高职院校体育教学的重要内容,对于提升高职学生的身体素养具有非常重要的作用。但是从实际的情况来看,高职院校田径课中学生的消极行为比较严重,很多学生对田径课的兴趣不高,田径运动过程中难以坚持下来,导致田径课的价值和作用不能充分发挥出来。针对这种情况,就要求教师要分析田径课学生消极行为的成因,并积极探索有效的对策,本文就此展开讨论,旨在为人们提供一定的参考。
Track and field is an important part of physical education in higher vocational colleges,which plays a very important role in improving the physical quality of higher vocational students.However,judging from the actual situation,the students'negative behaviors in track and field classes in higher vocational colleges are quite serious.Many students are not interested in track and field classes,and it is diff icult to persist in the course of track and field sports,resulting in the value and function of track and field classes not being fully brought into play.In view of this situation,teachers are required to analyze the causes of students'negative behaviors in track and field classes and actively explore effective countermeasures.This paper discusses this issue in order to provide some reference for people.
