我国业余足球的发展问题和对策研究

Study on the Development of Amateur Football in China and Its Countermeasures

本文运用文献资料法研究我国业余足球发展情况。研究发现,我国业余足球参与人数较少,场地也未按照政策出台的规划进行并且业余足球的队伍仍旧不稳定发展。建议:增加业余足球队的场地设施;加强对业余足球队伍的管理;发掘业余足球的市场潜力并处理好相关利益方的问题。为促进我国业余足球参与人数和足球文化的传播以及足球产业的进步,本文梳理相关问题并提出对策以期为业余足球发展提供参考。

This paper studies the development of amateur football in China by means of literature review.The study found that the number of amateur football players in China is small,the field is not carried out in accordance with the plan issued by the policy and the amateur football team is still unstable development.Suggestions:increase the facilities for amateur football teams;To strengthen the management of amateur football teams;Explore the market potential of amateur football and deal with the problems of relevant stakeholders.In order to promote the number of amateur football participants and the spread of football culture and the progress of the football industry in China,this paper sorts out related problems and puts forward countermeasures in order to provide reference for the development of amateur football.
