摘要
铁路通信铁塔距离铁路线路较近,如果倾覆会对铁路运营造成危险.通过对铁塔建造现状进行调研,分析了发生质量事件的主要原因;借鉴相关行业铁塔建设情况,按照标准化、简统化原则,提出采用单元组合结构、优化铁塔类型、减少构件种类的铁路通信铁塔方案,实现铁塔加工、组装、检测和检验的标准化,降低通信铁塔倾覆风险,提高铁路工程建设质量.
If a railway communication tower is too near to a railway line,it will impose a danger on the operation of the railway line once it collapses.The status quo of the construction of the tower was investigated and the main reasons for quality accidents were analyzed.By referring to the construction in other industrial sectors,a solution of railway communication tower is proposed,which is based on the principle of standardization and simple integration and adopts modular combination in structure and optimizes the types of tower and reduces the varieties of tower components,thus realizing the standardization of processing,assembly,test and inspection of the tower and reducing the risk of collapse of the communication tower,and improving the construction quality of railway engineering.
