A Research on the Construction of the Classification Development System of College Counselors

在遵循辅导员分类发展体系构建基本原则的基础上,进一步探索辅导员分类发展体系的构建途径,引导辅导员选择合适的发展方向,实现个人发展和职业发展相统一,同时实现对各类别的辅导员进行培养、管理和考评,推动辅导员队伍的专业化和职业化建设。

On the basis of the basic principles of the construction of the classification development system for counselors,this paper further tries to explore the construction of the classification development system for counselors,guide the counselors to choose the appropriate development direction,realize the unity of personal development and professional development,and realize the counseling of various categories at the same time.The training,management and evaluation of counselors promote the professionalization of the counselor team.
