云南省民族社会工作人才队伍建设研究

A Research on the Construction of Ethnic Social Work Talent Team in Yunnan Province

由于云南省少数民族众多、社会矛盾相对突出,需要培养专业的民族社会工作人才队伍,促进少数民族地区的社会发展及和谐社会的建设。通过文献法、访谈法等分析云南省民族社会工作任务队伍建设的现状,进一步指出建设民族社会工作人才队伍的必要性和紧迫性,对建设民族社会工作人才队伍提出建议。

There are many ethnic minorities in Yunnan Province,and social contradictions are relatively prominent.It is necessary to train professional ethnic social work talents to promote social development in ethnic minority areas and the construction of a harmonious society.Analyzing the current situation of the construction of ethnic social work task force in Yunnan Province through literature review and interview,this paper tries to further point out the necessity and urgency of building a talent team for ethnic social work,and put forward suggestions for building a talent team for ethnic social work.
