小柴胡汤联合小剂量苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Xiaochaihu Tang Combined with Low-Dose Levamlodipine Besylate for Chronic Glomerulonephritis

目的:观察小柴胡汤联合小剂量苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法:选取124例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各62例。对照组给予常规治疗联合小剂量苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用小柴胡汤。比较2组临床疗效、24 h尿蛋白含量、中医症状评分及炎症因子水平。结果:观察组总有效率为95.16%,高于对照组75.81%(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组24 h尿蛋白含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组24 h尿蛋白含量较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组24 h尿蛋白含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组中医症状(头晕眼花、浮肿、恶心呕吐、少食纳呆)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组中医症状(头晕眼花、浮肿、恶心呕吐、少食纳呆)评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组中医症状(头晕眼花、浮肿、恶心呕吐、少食纳呆)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平较治疗前降低,白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05);且观察组IL-17、IFN-γ水平低于对照组,IL-4水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小柴胡汤联合小剂量苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效较好,可减轻患者24 h尿蛋白含量和炎症反应,用药安全。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiaochaihu tang combined with low-dose levamlodipine besylate for chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:A total of 124 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group,62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment combined with low-dose levamlodipine besylate,and the observation group was additionally treated with Xiaochaihu tang based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect,the content of 24-hour urine protein,Chinese medicine symptom scores and the levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 95.16%in the observation group,higher than that of 75.81%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the content of 24-hour urine protein between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the contents of 24-hour urine protein in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the content in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,compared the Chinese medicine symptom scores,namely dizziness and blur version,edema,nausea and vomiting,as well as torpid intake between the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the four Chinese medicine symptom scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-17(IL-17)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4)were increased(P<0.05);the levels of IL-17 and IFN-γin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of IL-4 was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Xiaochaihu tang combined with low-dose levamlodipine besylate has better clinical effect in treating chronic glomerulonephritis,and can reduce 24-hour urine protein and inflammatory response with safe medication.
