左氏立极针法联合金匮肾气丸治疗肾阳虚证老年性功能性便秘临床研究

Clinical Study of ZUO’s Liji Acupuncture Combined with Jinkui Shenqi Pills for Functional Constipation in the Senile with Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome

目的:观察左氏立极针法联合金匮肾气丸治疗肾阳虚证老年性功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:将纳入治疗的老年性功能性便秘患者60例随机分为2组,对照组给予乳果糖口服治疗,治疗组使用左氏立极针法联合金匮肾气丸治疗,疗程为28 d,比较2组Wexner评分、布里斯托粪便性状评分(Bristol评分)及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组Bristol评分均较前上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示两种治疗方法均可以改善患者大便性状。治疗后,2组Wexner评分均较前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示两种治疗方法均可以改善患者便秘情况。治疗后,治疗组Bristol评分高于对照组,Wexner评分则低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。提示治疗组治疗方法在改善患者大便性状、便秘情况及临床疗效方面,均优于对照组。结论:左氏立极针法联合金匮肾气丸治疗肾阳虚证老年功能性便秘患者疗效优于常规乳果糖口服治疗。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ZUO’s Liji acupuncture combined with Jinkui Shenqi pills for functional constipation in the senile with the kidney yang deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 cases of senile patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with oral administration of lactulose,and the treatment group was treated with ZUO’s Liji acupuncture combined with Jinkui Shenqi pills.Both groups were treated for 28 days.The scores of Wexner and Bristol Stool Form Scale(Bristol)as well as the clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of Bristol in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05),which indicated that both treatment methods could improve the stool characteristics of patients.After treatment,the Wexner scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05),which indicated that both treatment methods could relieve constipation.After treatment,the score of Bristol in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the Wexner score was lower,differences being significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05);it’s suggested that the treatment methods used in the treatment group had better effect than that in the control group in improving the stool characteristics,constipation and clinical effect.Conclusion:In the treatment of functional constipation in the senile with kidney yang deficiency syndrome,the therapy of ZUO’s Liji acupuncture combined with Jinkui Shenqi pills has better curative effect than that of the routine oral administration of lactulose.
