往来寒热的热型特点及病机新析

An Analysis of the Characteristics and Pathogenesis of Heat-Type Alternating Chills and Fever

从小柴胡汤证阳气较弱,抗邪乏力的病机本质出发,通过对成无己"半表半里"深入论证,提出"往来寒热"的热型特征应为"间歇性出现的恶寒发热或但热不寒",并且认为恶寒发热交替出现只是其特例且临床较难把握、不具有普遍指导性的观点。

Starting from the pathogenesis of Xiaochaihu tang syndrome(weak yang-qi lacking the strength to defend pathogens),through the further discussion on the theory of half-exterior and half-interior of CHENG WUji,this paper puts forward that the characteristics of heat-type alternating chills and fever should be"the intermittent occurrence of aversion to cold with fever,or,fever only".And it is believed that the intermittent occurrence of aversion to cold with fever is only a special case,which is not easy to differentiate in clinical practice and does not show general guidance.
