不同异氰酸酯类TPE型水性聚氨酯的制备与性能 被引量:1

摘要 以5种二异氰酸酯为硬段,聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)为软段,1,2-二苯基-1,2-二(4'-羟基苯基)乙烯(TPE-20H)为扩链剂,合成不同异氰酸酯型的TPE型水性聚氨酯乳液。采用傅里叶红外光谱、粒径分析器、紫外-可见光谱仪、荧光光谱仪等对乳液粒径、胶膜结构以及样品荧光性能等进行表征。结果显示加入不同异氰酸酯的聚氨酯乳液粒径变化不大,紫外出峰位置未见明显差异,加入芳香族对称结构的异氰酸酯与脂肪族异氰酸酯类聚氨酯乳液相比,荧光强度增强约两倍,与TPE-20H水溶液相比,荧光强度增强约4倍。 Using five diisocyanates as the hard segment, polyoxypropylene glycol(PPG) as the soft segment, and dihydroxytetraphenylethylene(TPE-2 OH) as the chain extender, TPE waterborne polyurethane emulsions of different diisocyanate types were synthesized.Fourier infrared spectroscopy, particle size analyzer, ultraviolet-visible spectrometer, fluorescence spectrometer, etc.were used to characterize the emulsion particle size, film structure and sample fluorescence performance.The results show that the particle size of the polyurethane emulsion added with different isocyanates do not change much, and there is no obvious difference in the position of the ultraviolet peak.Compared with the aliphatic isocyanate polyurethane emulsion, the fluorescence intensity of the isocyanate with the aromatic symmetric structure is increased by about twice, compared with TPE-2 OH water solution, the fluorescence intensity is increased about four times.
