我国网上药店医保支付“破冰”探讨

Discussion on How to “Break Ice” of Medical Insurance Payment in Online Pharmacy in China

我国互联网药品交易市场具有巨大潜力,网上药店医保支付面临诸多障碍导致其发展涩滞,实现互联网医保支付迫在眉睫。对此,基于立法、政策、监管及技术四个维度,对其所存在的问题进行梳理,提出建立第三方药品交易平台,区分省市以模块管理及个人建档等新型方法,弥补互联网药品市场的空白,逐步消除异地结算对网上药店医保支付的影响,提升医疗保险的实际效用价值。

The Internet drug trading market in China has great potential,and the online drugstore medical insurance payment is faced with many obstacles,which leads to its development and stagnation,so it is urgent to realize the Internet medical insurance payment.Based on the four dimensions of legislation,policy,supervision and technology,it combs the existing problems,and puts forward some new methods,such as establishing a third-party drug trading platform,distinguishing provinces and cities with module management and personal filing,making up for the blank of the Internet drug market,gradually eliminating the influences of remote settlement on the medical insurance payment of online pharmacies,and enhancing the actual utility value of medical insurance.
