摘要 发动机作为程机械设备的核心部件结构极其复杂,且处于高温、高压、高速的环境中运行,发动机的故障率较高,故障的准确判断费时、费力,甚至部分微小故障可以造成发动机致命的损伤。基于上述原因,建立工程机械发动机在线监控系统,该系统基于该类型发动机的故障模式对发动机的关键特征参数进行采集、处理和分析,能够实现对发动机故障的判断与发动机内部小故障与小隐患,及时进行预防性维修,防止故障的扩大化,降低发动机的维修成本。采用该系统可以提高发动机运行的可靠性,增强发动机的预防性维修,提高发动机的使用寿命。 The structure of the engine as the core component of the process mechanical equipment is extremely complex,and it is running in the environment of high temperature,high pressure and high speed.The failure rate of the engine is high,the accurate judgment of the fault is time-consuming and laborious,and even some minor faults can cause fatal damage to the engine.Based on the above reasons,the on-line monitoring system of construction machinery engine is established.Based on the fault mode of this type of engine,the key characteristic parameters of engine are collected,processed and analyzed.It can realize the judgment of engine fault and small trouble and hidden trouble,carry out preventive maintenance in time,prevent the expansion of fault and reduce the maintenance cost of engine.The system can improve the reliability of engine operation,enhance the preventive maintenance of engine and improve the service life of engine.
