摘要
随着排放法规的日益严格,现有的汽油内燃机燃烧模型已无法满足设计指标。马自达通过创驰蓝天技术路线图,研究了超稀薄燃烧可行性,并解决了HCCI(Homogeneous Charge Compression Ignition)均质充量压燃的局限性,全球首创了SPCCI(Spark Controlled Compression Ignition)火花点火控制压燃点火发动机。与现款相比,该发动机扭矩提高10~30%,NEDC油耗降低20%,动力响应性也得以提高。本文为主机厂前沿研究提供参考。
With increasingly stringent emission regulations,the existing combustion model of gasoline engine cannot meet the design requirements.Through the SKYACTIV roadmap,the feasibility of ultra-lean combustion and the limitations of HCCI(Homogeneous Charge Compression Ignition)had been researched by MAZDA.The world's first SPCCI(Spark Controlled Compression Ignition)engine had been mass produced.It has increased torque by 10~30%and improved fuel economy in NEDC by 20%compared to the current engine.Dynamic response is also improved by the new combustion model.This paper provides a reference for the foreword research.
