关于一种风机拉杆的材料选取及热处理工艺的研究

摘要 组装离心式压缩机经过多年发展,转子结构中由叶轮与轴齿轮的液压过盈的方式,转变为传动效率更高的端齿结构,即轴向为齿轮连接方式,径向则需拉杆及螺母连接两者。经过计算,拉杆材料需要较优异的力学性能。因此,本文系统通过系统的研究,选取了德国标准的合金结构钢30CrNiMo8为拉杆材料,并制定了相关的热处理试验,最终完成该项工作。 After years of development in assembling centrifugal compressors,the rotor structure is transformed from the hydraulic interference between the impeller and the shaft gear to the end gear structure with higher transmission efficiency.Both the axial direction is gear connection mode,and the radial direction requires rods.And the nut connects the two.After calculation,the tie rod material requires excellent mechanical properties.Therefore,the system in this paper has selected the German standard alloy structural steel 30CrNiMo8 as the tie rod material through systematic research,and formulated related heat treatment tests,and finally completed the work.
