绿色制造的新型机械制造工艺技术

New Mechanical Manufacturing Technology of Green Manufacturing

现阶段,伴随着社会经济的迅速发展,经济、环境和资源三者的关系越来越紧密,传统的机械制造工艺技术因其在节能、环保方面不太理想,对生态环境造成破坏以及浪费能源的问题日渐凸显,已经不能满足当前可持续发展的要求。越来越多的机械制造企业开始重视可持续发展的理念,逐渐开始在机械制造过程中推行绿色制造工艺技术,极大地改善了机械制造过程中污染环境和浪费能源的问题。本文以绿色制造工艺的概念及其应用的必要性作为切入点,重点介绍绿色制造工艺和具体应用,供相关技术人员参考。

At the present stage,with the rapid development of social economy,the relationship among economy,environment and resources is becoming more and more close.The traditional mechanical manufacturing technology has been unable to meet the current requirements of sustainable development because of its unsatisfactory energy saving and environmental protection,the ecological environment damage and waste of energy.More and more machinery manufacturing enterprises begin to attach importance to the concept of sustainable development,and gradually begin to implement green manufacturing technology in the process of mechanical manufacturing,which greatly improves the problem of environmental pollution and energy waste in the process of mechanical manufacturing.In this paper,the concept of green manufacturing process and the necessity of its application as a starting point,focusing on the introduction of green manufacturing technology and specific applications,for the reference of relevant technical personnel.
