摘要
卷绕头作为化纤纺丝设备的关键核心装置,结构复杂,技术含量高,对纺丝成型质量的影响至关重要。其中长套被认为是最为重要的零件,属于大长径比、精度高、薄壁套筒极难加工构件。实践表明,丝饼卷绕成型中出现的品质问题多与其质量稳定性有关。实际生产中,长套动平衡一次合格率低,稳定性差,生产成本高且生产效率低下。本文通过对长套的加工工艺各工序作用从理论上定性分析,结合实际生产,找出关键影响因素,制定工艺改进方案验证,解决了长套加工动平衡一次合格率低的问题,达到提高质量提升效率的目的。
As the key core device of chemical fiber spinning equipment,the winder has a complex structure and high technical content,which has an important influence on the quality of spinning forming.Among them,the long sleeve is considered to be the most important part.It is a component with large aspect ratio,high precision,and thin-walled sleeve which is extremely difficult to machine.Practice has shown that the quality problems that occur in the winding and forming of silk cakes are mostly related to the quality stability.In actual production,the first pass rate of the long sleeve dynamic balance is low,the stability is poor,the production cost is high,and the production efficiency is low.In this paper,through the theoretical qualitative analysis of the role of each process in the processing of the long sleeve,combined with actual production,the key influencing factors are identified,and the process improvement plan is formulated to verify the long sleeve processing and achieve the purpose of improving efficiency.
