山区路网格局与土地利用协调效应研究——以重庆市巫山县为例 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】为应对路网建设对山区土地利用和生态环境造成的冲突效应,研究它们之间的协调关系,为区域提升土地利用效率、推进生态文明发展提供科学依据。【方法】以典型的山地区域重庆市巫山县为例,根据山区路网格局分布和2013—2017年土地利用变化情况,利用空间句法算法、交通可达性模型和超效率模型(SE-DEA)等,探讨了区域土地利用转移情况和路网建设与土地利用协调程度。【结果】1)路网建设与建设用地协调性最好,与耕地、林地协调性则较差。巫山县2013-2017年耕地变化率最大,林地变化率最小,建设用地中路网密度所占比例最大;2)巫山县交通可达范围增加,可达性平均值由0.45增至0.59。可见,巫山县路网得到了延展与扩充,路网连接性与服务区范围得到扩张。【结论】巫山县路网建设与土地利用整体上表现为协调关系,且呈上升趋势。路网格局对建设用地与耕地影响程度最大,协调程度成为制约区域经济协调与可持续发展的因素之一。 [Purposes]In order to cope with the conflicting effects of road network construction on land use and ecological environment in the mountainous areas,study its coordination,and provide scientific basis for improving the efficiency of land use and promoting the development of ecological civilization in the region.[Methods]Taking a typical mountainous area(Wushan County)as an example,according to the distribution of mountain road grids and land use changes in 2013-2017,a spatial syntax algorithm,traffic accessibility model,and super efficiency model(SE-DEA)were used and discussed the situation of regional land use transfer,and the degree of coordination between road network construction and land use.[Findings]1)The coordination of road network construction with construction land was last,and the coordination with cultivated land and forest land was poor.From 2013 to 2017,Wushan County had the largest change in cultivated land,the smallest change in forest land,and the largest proportion of road network density in construction land.2)The reachable range of traffic in Wushan County increased,and the average reachability increased from0.45 to 0.59.It can be seen that the road network of Wushan County has been extended and expanded,and the road network connectivity and service area have been expanded.[Conclusions]The overall construction of road network and land use in Wushan County showed a coordinated relationship,and it showed an upward trend.The road grid bureau has the greatest impact on construction land and cultivated land,and its degree of coordination has become a factor restricting regional economic coordination and sustainable development.
