摘要 叙述了厌氧氨氧化菌的分布特征及其优势属对快速启动厌氧氨氧化工艺的作用,总结了工艺快速启动时的反应器特性,分析了诱导厌氧氨氧化反应进行的影响因素。认为厌氧氨氧化工艺启动前,选择受驯化且优势菌种群相似的厌氧(颗粒)污泥作为接种污泥,并在具有生物持留装置的反应器内结合颗粒污泥与吸附载体材料,将明显加快反应器的启动;启动运行阶段,通过调控适量充分的亚硝酸盐底物供给、提升生物质电子转移能力及添加联氨等厌氧氨氧化中间产物,对提升厌氧氨氧化活性十分有利。 The distribution characteristics of anammox bacteria and the effect of its dominant genera on rapid start-up of the anammox process were described,the features of the reactor during the rapid start-up process were summarized and the influencing factors of anammox reaction were analyzed.It was considered that anaerobic(granular)sludge,which was domesticated and similar to the dominant bacteria group,selected as the inoculation sludge before the start of anammox process,and combined the granular sludge and adsorption carrier material in the reactor with the biological retention device,which would obviously accelerate the start of the reactor;In the start-up and operation stage,it was very beneficial to improve the anammox activity by regulating the appropriate amount of sufficient nitrite substrate supply,improving the ability of biomass electron transfer and adding anammox intermediate products such as hydrazine.
