摘要
厌氧氨氧化在实际污水主流处理应用过程存在许多障碍。除了厌氧氨氧化菌(AnAOB)自身生长缓慢,难以得到有效保留外,城市污水中的有机物也会抑制其生长。亚硝酸盐氧化菌(NOB)会与AnAOB竞争其限制性底物亚硝酸盐氮,使AnAOB的富集变得更加困难。本文主要总结了应用部分亚硝化/厌氧氨氧化(PN/A)工艺处理污水过程中的挑战及采取的相应措施,包括AnAOB的有效持留,抑制NOB的措施,污水中有机物不利影响的消除等,同时分析了PN/A工艺的工艺类型的研究现状与进展,总结了今后相关研究的重点和发展趋势。
There were many obstacles in the practical application of mainstream anaerobic ammonia oxidation.Apart from the slow growth of anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria,it was difficult to effectively retain them,and the organic matter in municipal sewage could also inhibit their growth.Nitrite-oxidizing bacteria competed with anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacteria for nitrite nitrogen,the limiting substrate,which made the enrichment of anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacteria more difficult.This paper summarized the measures to inhibit NOB,analysed the methods of creating low COD environment by organic pretreatment process in municipal wastewater treatment,introduced the current situation and progress of anaerobic ammonia oxidation process,and discussed the challenges of realizing the application of PN/A in production scale.
