摘要 以人工合成废水为研究对象,在改良的活性污泥耦连生物膜工艺(MMBR)中探究了盐度及温度变化对营养盐去除的影响并探究了相关机制。结果表明稳定运行时MMBR工艺能够COD,氨氮及磷酸盐的去除。当温度为15℃,盐度为3 g/L时,出水COD,NH4+-N和磷酸盐(OP)的含量分别为124~135 mg/L,8.3~9.5 mg/L和1.1~1.3 mg/L。保持温度不变升高盐度至15.0 g/L时,MMBR出水水质恶化,盐度抑制COD,NH4+-N和OP的去除。保持盐度不变升高温度至35℃时,COD,NH4+-N和OP去除得到改善。机制研究表明盐度能够抑制厌氧释磷及胞内聚合物聚羟基脂肪酸酯的合成,且当温度为15℃,盐度为15 g/L时,好氧净吸磷量仅为35.6 mg/L,PHA的最大合成量为6.7 mg/g,远低于其他实验组。 Taking synthetic wastewater as the research object,the effects of salinity and temperature changes on nutrient removal were explored in the modified activated sludge coupled biofilm process(MMBR)and the related mechanisms were explored.The results showed that the MMBR process removed COD,ammonia nitrogen and phosphate during stable operation.When the temperature was 15℃and salinity was 3 g/L,the effluent COD,NH4+-N and phosphate(OP)contents were 124~135 mg/L,8.3~9.5 mg/L and 1.1~1.3 mg/L,respectively.When the salinity increased to 15.0 g/L,the quality of MMBR effluent deteriorated,and salinity inhibited the removal of COD,NH4+-N and OP.The removal of COD,NH4+-N and OP was improved when the salinity kept unchanged and the temperature raised to 35℃.The mechanism study showed that salinity could inhibit the anaerobic phosphorus release and the synthesis of intracellular polymer polyhydroxyalkanoate.When the temperature was 15℃and the salinity was 15 g/L,the net phosphorus uptake was only 35.6 mg/L,and the maximum synthesis of PHA was 6.7 mg/g,which was much lower than that of other experimental groups.
