摘要
从稳定性、节能性以及使用寿命上考虑,钢铁企业除尘灰装车间现有扬尘治理方式的治理效果并不理想。为解决除尘灰装车间的扬尘问题,通过对除尘系统管网的阻力特性进行系统分析,提出一种新技术方案,并结合工程案例,给出该技术方案的计算过程。结果表明:在除尘系统管网富余风量、风压足够时,通过对除尘管网的精细化设计,可在不打破除尘管网原有平衡的前提下充分利用系统的富余风量进行除尘灰装车间的扬尘治理,使整个系统的风量实现按需分配,扬尘治理系统更加稳定、节能和环保。
Considering the stability,energy saving and service life of the existing dust control methods in the dust removal loading workshop in the steel enterprises,the control effect is far from satisfactory.In order to solve the problem of dust control in dust removal loading workshop,a dust control technology applied in dust removal loading workshop is proposed based on the systematic analysis of the resistance characteristics of the dust removal system pipe network.Combined with an engineering case,the computational process of such technical solution is given.The results show that,when the air volume and air pressure in the dust removal system pipe network are sufficient,the fine design of the dust removal pipe network can make full use of the surplus air volume of the system for the dust control of dust removal loading workshop without breaking the original balance of the dust removal pipe network,make the air volume of the system be distributed on demand,and make the dust control system more stable,energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
