摘要
本文基于资源基础观和组织学习的理论视角,探究企业国际化对开放式创新的影响与机制,并重点聚焦于合作创新这一开放式创新的重要内容。本文选取2008—2016年中国A股制造业1644家上市公司的有关数据进行实证分析,结果表明:国际化程度显著地提高了企业合作创新能力;创新能力、高管海外背景及企业所在地的制度环境对国际化与合作创新之间的关系有显著的调节作用。具体而言,企业自身创新能力的提高、海归高管比例的增加、良好的制度环境一定程度上削弱了国际化对合作创新的影响。本研究对我国把握经济全球化的机遇,激发企业创新活力具有重要启示。
Based on the resource-based view and organizational learning theory,we investigated the impact and mechanism of enterprise internationalization on open innovation,focusing on the important content of open innovation-collaborative innovation. We conducted empirical analysis using a sample of 1644 listed companies in China’s A-share manufacturing industry from 2008 to 2016. The results show that: the degree of internationalization significantly improves the possibility and extent of enterprises adopting collaborative innovation;the innovation ability of enterprises,the overseas background of top management team and institutional environment separately plays a significant moderating role affecting the relationship between internationalization and collaborative innovation.Specifically,superior innovation ability,more returnee top managers,as well as the welldeveloped institutional environment act as antecedents of collaborative innovation,which to some extent weakens the impact of internationalization. This study has important implications for China to grasp the opportunity of economic globalization, to stimulate innovation vitality of enterprises and build an open economy in an all-round way.
