摘要
本文在构建全球价值链视角下研发要素价格扭曲的创新效应模型的基础上,基于中国制造业面板数据,利用可行广义最小二乘法,考察研发要素价格扭曲是否提高了制造业创新效率,并关注全球价值链参与度和行业异质性带来的影响。结果显示:中国制造业研发资本价格、研发劳动力价格和进口中间品价格均存在不同程度的扭曲;研发资本价格扭曲和进口中间品价格扭曲均对制造业创新效率有显著的抑制作用,研发劳动力价格扭曲却表现为显著的促进作用,但在高技术制造业中的影响存在差异;随着中国制造业参与全球价值链的程度不断提高,上述作用均具有增强趋势。
Based on constructing an innovation effect model of R&D factor price distortions from the perspective of global value chain,this paper examined whether R&D factor price distortion would improve manufacturing innovation efficiency using the panel data of China’s manufacturing and the method of Feasible Generalized Least Square,and focused on the influences of global value chain participation and industrial heterogeneity.The study finds that the prices of R&D capital,R&D labor and intermediate imported input of China’s manufacturing all have distortions.Overall,R&D capital and intermediate imported input price distortions have a significant negative effect on manufacturing innovation efficiency,and R&D labor price distortion have a significant positive effect,while there are different effects in high-tech manufacturing.The above-mentioned effects are being enhanced with the increasing participation of Chinese manufacturing in global value chain.
