某铸造镍基合金的高温性能研究

Study on High Temperature Properties of A Cast Nickel Based Alloy

摘要 在商用K435合金基础上再添加0.8%Ti制备了试验用镍基合金,并与K435合金进行了显微组织、高温耐磨损性能和抗高温氧化性能的对比与分析。结果表明:与K435合金的组织性能相比,试验的铸造镍基合金的晶粒细化,800℃×20 min磨损试验后的磨损体积减小41.03%,800℃×25 min高温氧化后的单位面积质量增加减小34.4%,合金具有更好的高温耐磨损性能和抗高温氧化性能。 An experimental nickel based alloy was prepared by further adding 0.8% Ti to the commercial K435 alloy, and the microstructure, wear resistance and oxidation resistance were compared with K435 alloy. The results show that compared with the microstructure and properties of K435 alloy,the tested cast nickel based alloy has finer grain, the wear volume is reduced by 41.03% after wear test of 800℃×20 min, the mass gain per unit area is decreased by 34.4% after high temperature oxidation of 800℃ ×25 min, and the alloy has better high temperature wear resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance.
