摘要
对ZL111+0.5V新型铝合金涡旋盘进行了挤压铸造成型,并进行了磨损性能和表面硬度的测试与分析。结果表明:随浇注温度和挤压铸造压力的提升,试样的磨损性能先提高后下降。710℃浇注温度下试样的磨损体积较680℃浇注时减小了44.9%,表面硬度提高了34.7%;24 MPa挤压铸造压力下试样的磨损体积较18 MPa时减小了34.1%,表面硬度提高了26.7%。ZL111+0.5V铝合金涡旋盘的挤压铸造工艺参数优选为:浇注温度710℃、挤压铸造压力24 MPa。
Squeeze casting of ZL111+0.5 V new type aluminum alloy scroll disc was carried out,and the wear resistance and surface hardness were tested and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of casting temperature and squeeze casting pressure,the wear resistance of the sample increases first and then decreases.Compared with those at casting temperature of 680℃,the wear volume of the sample decreases by 44.9%and the surface hardness of the sample increases by34.7%when the casting temperature is 710℃.Compared with those at pressure of 18 MPa,the wear volume of samples decreases by 34.1%and the surface hardness increases by 26.7%when the squeeze casting pressure is 24 MPa.The optimum parameters of squeeze casting for ZL111+0.5 V aluminum alloy scroll disk are as follows:pouring temperature of 710 C,squeeze casting pressure of 24 MPa.
