基于模糊PID控制的汽车连杆锻压性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 在汽车连杆的锻压过程中,精确控制温度是非常重要的。本文采用常规PID控制和模糊PID控制进行了36MnVS4钢连杆的锻压,并进行了锻件性能的测试和分析。结果表明:与常规PID控制相比,模糊PID控制生产的汽车连杆用36MnVS4钢的磨损体积减小28.6%,冲击吸收功增大18.8%,热疲劳试验后试样主裂纹平均宽度减小27.6%,主裂纹平均深度减小27.3%。模糊PID控制提高36MnVS4钢连杆试样的磨损性能、冲击性能和热疲劳性能。 In the forging process of automobile connecting rod, it is very important to control the temperature accurately.The forging of 36 MnVS4 steel connecting rods was carried out by using conventional PID control and fuzzy PID control. The performance of forgings was tested and analyzed. The results show that compared with those of the conventional PID control,the wear volume of the 36 MnVS4 steel for the automobile connecting rod produced by the fuzzy PID control is decreased by28.6%, the impact absorbing work is increased by 18.8%, the average width of the main crack of the sample after thermal fatigue test is reduced 27.6%, and the average depth of the main crack is decreased by 27.3%. Fuzzy PID control improves the wear, impact and thermal fatigue properties of 36 MnVS4 steel connecting rod.
