泡沫铝吸能特性及其复合结构在轿车防撞杆上的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了使汽车可实现质量轻、能量低、安全性能强的要求,在制造汽车的部件时,采用新型的结构与材料。在汽车侧面被碰撞时,为了更好提高安全性能,将泡沫铝应用到车门的防撞杆上。提出泡沫铝复合结构,进行实验和有限元的大量分析。对含有泡沫铝复合结构的防撞杆与传统含有泡沫铝的防撞杆进行比较。结果表明:含有泡沫铝复合结构的防撞杆具有质量轻、吸能大的优点,更能满足于汽车的发展要求,会有更好的发展前景。 In order to make the car achieve the requirements of light mass, low energy and strong safety performance, in the manufacture of car parts, the new structures and materials were adopted. In order to improve the safety performance when the side of the car was hit, aluminum foam was applied to the anti-collision rod of the door. The composite structure of aluminum foam was put forward. The experiment and finite element analysis were carried out. The anti-collision rod with aluminum foam composite structure were compared with the traditional anti-collision rod with aluminum foam. The results show that the anti-collision rod with aluminum foam composite structure has the advantages of light mass and large energy absorption, which can better meet the requirements of automobile development and have a better development prospect.
